Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
